We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit it through the contact form on our website:

  • Your company name (optional)
  • Project description and any files you attach (e.g., CAD files, screenshots)

We do not collect any data automatically for profiling, behavioral tracking, or advertising purposes.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your inquiry and preparing a project quote — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Ongoing communication and project delivery — legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Compliance with tax and accounting obligations (if we enter into a business relationship) — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary:

  • Inquiries that do not lead to a contract — up to 12 months from last contact.
  • Data related to executed projects — for the duration of the contract and up to 5 years afterwards for accounting and legal defense purposes.
  • Uploaded files (CAD/images) — deleted within 6 months unless retained for an active project.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with:

  • Our hosting provider, which stores the website and the inbox that receives your messages.
  • Accounting and legal advisors — only when required for a concluded contract.
  • Public authorities — only when legally obliged.

We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data and receive a copy of it.
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request erasure (“right to be forgotten”).

7. Cookies and Local Storage

This website uses the minimum technologies required for basic functionality:

  • rf_cookies (localStorage) — remembers your cookie banner choice so we do not ask again. Stored locally in your browser, not sent to our servers.
  • WordPress session cookies — set only if you log into the website’s admin panel. Regular visitors are not affected.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising trackers, or any third-party profiling cookies.

You can clear these items at any time through your browser settings.

The website is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Uploaded files are accessible only to our team.
